Job Description:

This role is ideal for an innovative full-stack software engineer who wants to join our engineering team. As a full stack engineer, you will work on greenfield projects and experimentation, collaborating closely with our VP of Product Strategy, CTO, and CEO.

You will have the opportunity to take ownership of your work, working on complex technical projects and making a meaningful impact. You will also be part of a small internal team that values collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

As a full stack engineer, you will be responsible for building and shipping features, fixing bugs, improving product stability, and learning to investigate and troubleshoot production issues. You will work closely with our mobile team on our two mobile products and their backends, writing clean and maintainable code with feedback from peers.

The biggest challenges in this role will be learning to navigate our complex technical systems, adapting to our fast-paced environment, and unlearning any preconceived notions about how things should be done.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building and shipping features under guidance from seniors
  • Fixing bugs and improving product stability
  • Learning to investigate and troubleshoot production issues
  • Writing clean, maintainable code with feedback from peers
  • Growing into more ownership over time

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years experience as a full stack engineer
  • Experience with Javascript/Typescript, including Node and Angular or React
  • Love for all things Frontend including CSS
  • MongoDB and AWS experience is a bonus
  • Experience with building no/low code automation product(s) is a bonus
