About the Role

This is a senior stakeholder-facing position that requires prior experience across data transformation projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and data lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and implementation of data architecture solutions using AWS native services.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to advocate for and drive the data vision across the HR department.
  • Produce clear and detailed architecture and design documents to guide development teams.
  • Drive data transformation initiatives using the Medallion methodology.
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide guidance, and manage expectations.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Data Architect or Solution Architect, particularly within HR departments.
  • Demonstrated experience in data-driven transformation projects and implementing the Medallion methodology.
  • Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and data lifecycle management.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with experience interacting with C-level executives.
