Job Title: Chef de Partie


About the Role:


We are seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join our Banquets team at AccorHotel. As a member of our culinary team, you will support the Chef de Cuisine - Banquets with daily management and food preparation.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Previous experience at a similar level in a hotel environment is essential.
  • Excellent technical skills with experience in running a section are required.
  • A proactive enthusiasm to further develop your culinary expertise is necessary.
  • Meticulous attention to detail in delivering consistently high-quality dishes is crucial.
  • Proven leadership skills to engage, motivate, coordinate and inspire a kitchen team are essential.
  • A team player who easily builds rapport with colleagues and guests alike is required.
  • Experience with working across multiple sections of the kitchen is preferred.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure in a busy fast-paced environment is necessary.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including nights, weekends and holiday periods is required.

Qualifications:



  • An experienced Chef de Partie with expertise in a similar fast-paced operation is essential.
  • Motivation, energy and drive to exceed expectations are necessary.
  • A passion to learn and grow within the Accor brand is required.
  • Flexibility to work on a rotating roster across mornings, evenings and weekends is preferred.
  • The ability to run your own busy section and remain composed under pressure is essential.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality dishes is crucial.
  • Excellent organizational skills and time management are required.
