Senior Property and Commercial Lawyer Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our Property & Commercial teams as a Senior Lawyer.

  • The successful candidate will work on high-quality matters, including property law, commercial law, and contracts, and provide client-facing services with a high level of professionalism.
  • They will also supervise and mentor junior team members to drive strategy and maintain high standards.

This role offers the opportunity to contribute to firm growth through a strategic mindset and desire to contribute to firm-wide initiatives.

About the Position:

  • Work across a variety of complex matters, providing expertise in property law, commercial law, and contract management.
  • Manage files and deliver exceptional client service, demonstrating strong communication and attention to detail.
  • Supervise and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
  • Contribute to firm expansion through innovative strategies and a commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Property Law Expertise: Develop and implement effective solutions for complex property law matters.
  2. Contract Management: Manage contracts and ensure timely execution, maintaining high standards of quality and integrity.
  3. Jr. Team Supervision: Mentor and guide junior team members, promoting their growth and development.
  4. Firm Growth Strategies: Identify opportunities for firm expansion and implement initiatives to drive growth.
Requirements
  • 4+ years PAE in property and/or commercial law.
  • Strong file management and client-facing experience.
  • Ability to supervise and mentor junior team members.
  • Strategic mindset and desire to contribute to firm growth.
