Job Description

Our organization is seeking an experienced Senior Process Engineer to support our Remediation Services team. This individual will be responsible for project delivery of wastewater treatment plants in NSW and interstate, including process design, site setup/installation, commissioning and ongoing operations.

The successful candidate will also monitor and optimize both temporary and permanent water treatment plants at client and organizational sites. Additionally, they will provide engineering support and supervision to WTP operational teams, ensuring water treatment plants operate in line with design, standard operating procedures and regulatory requirements.

This role requires a strong focus on customer satisfaction, safety, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret relevant data.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualification in Chemical Engineering (or similar)
  • Experience working as a Process/Chemical Engineer, preferably in an operational environment with RO and/or wastewater treatment experience
  • Preferred project management experience in engineering capacity
  • Eligibility to join Engineers Australia
  • Australian citizenship and ability to obtain a Department of Defence baseline security clearance
  • Driver's licence and own transport
