Occupational Therapist Job in a Community Setting

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team. In this role, you will work with clients referred through government-funded models and private funding, providing clinical and therapeutic interventions to support positive health and well-being outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and provide clinical recommendations to improve clients' activities of daily living, mobility, transfers, falls risk prevention, equipment needs, pressure area care, skin integrity management, arthritic joint management, and pain management.
  • Work with clients to set achievable goals and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy.
  • Current AHPRA registration.
  • Australian working rights.
