Key Demand Planning Position

We are seeking a skilled Demand Planning Analyst to support our Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process.

The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with the Senior Demand Planner and engage with Sales and Finance teams to ensure smooth execution and alignment with sales and business objectives.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead monthly Consensus and Pre-Demand processes, championing the implementation of all IBP demand planning initiatives.
  • Develop precise demand forecasts across multiple product lines by analysing historical sales data, tracking market trends, and considering other key variables.
  • Deliver robust reporting and analytics to monitor KPIs, conduct root-cause analysis, and drive corrective actions for performance improvements.
  • Enhance the quality and accessibility of the IBP Demand Planning knowledge database, ensuring a comprehensive repository of policies, SOPs, and processes.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in demand planning or related analytical roles, with a solid foundation in data and system management.
  • Proficient in planning systems, reporting, and advanced analytics tools, with hands-on expertise in IBP management platforms.
  • Industry experience within FMCG/CPG, pharmaceuticals, or similar fields, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong analytical mindset with an ability to extract actionable insights from data, supporting informed decision-making and forecast accuracy.
  • Excellent communicator, skilled at working across diverse teams and translating complex information into impactful strategies.
