Job Title: Service Support Lead

Identitywa is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Support Lead to join our team in Northbridge. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day leadership and supervision to our service support team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and guidance to the service support team to ensure high-quality person-centred supports are delivered.
  • Monitor and review rostering requirements to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Facilitate smooth transitions of funding between Identitywa, NDIS, and other funding bodies.
  • Work with teams to ensure KPIs for participant funding and rostering requirements are met.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in service support to meet the needs of families and employees.
  • Complete reporting and other duties as required by the Service Improvement Manager.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification or a minimum 3 years relevant leadership experience.
  • Strong leadership skills to develop and maintain high-performing service support teams.
  • Dedicated experience in customer service in the disability field.
  • Demonstrated commitment to Identitywa's core values.
  • Working knowledge and understanding of the National Disability Insurance Scheme.
  • Experience in scheduling and rostering employees in a person-centred approach across multiple services.
  • High-level interpersonal skills with ability and empathy to work in a family-focused and confidential environment.
  • Commitment to the NDIS Standards and the Safeguarding of children and adults at risk.
