Job Overview

The role of an Educator is a dynamic and rewarding position that offers the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of children.

As an Educator, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support to children in our Out of School Hours Care program.

Working collaboratively with our team, you will provide a recreational program of activities that are engaging, inclusive, and tailored to the needs of each child.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Creating a safe and supportive environment that fosters the physical, emotional, and social development of children
  • Developing and implementing a recreational program of activities that promote learning, creativity, and fun
  • Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our premises, including supervision of children during activities and breaks
  • Providing administrative support as needed, including communication with parents and caregivers

Requirements include:

  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with children aged 5-12
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Capacity to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable, punctual, and mature attitude to work
