We're looking for a talented individual to join our Group Security & Resilience team, where you'll play a key role in verifying potentially fraudulent online orders for all Woolworths Group brands and minimising financial losses.

The Opportunity

You will be responsible for performing fraud reviews for eCommerce customer orders through various web tools and applications, authorising referred orders for fulfilment, rejection, or further investigation and taking relevant action. You'll also report to management any identified trends that pose a risk of financial loss to the group and liaise with stores on matters pertaining to online fraud.

What you'll bring

We're looking for someone with a passion for working in an energetic, exciting and fast-paced environment. You'll have excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to work autonomously, strong time management skills and be able to work with multiple web-based systems. You'll also have experience in a call centre and/or online fraud related environment, and be able to demonstrate our overarching capability framework of value co-creator, inspiring leader, trusted advisor, agile learner and insights generator.

Working Hours

  • The team works on a roster basis with the requirement to work shifts between 5am-10pm Monday through Friday and on occasional weekends is essential. Most weekday shifts will be during core business hours ie. 8am - 4:30pm.
  • Must be available to work occasional weekends (1-2 full weekends per month).
  • Initial 4-6 week training period will be onsite at our Norwest office.
