In this role as Senior Program Transformation Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of Cuscal's Group Risk and Compliance transformation program.

The program seeks to deliver sustainable Organisational Change Management (OCM) capability and risk cultural uplift as a critical outcome.

You will design, implement and embed change management initiatives across the program.

This includes developing and maintaining a portfolio view of all Program in-flight and pipeline change initiatives.

You will also provide transparent and clear outcomes/insights on impacts and timing of changes to ensure effective Program decisions and business decisions.

Key aspects of this role include leading the change management initiatives within the program and supporting successful delivery of the overall Program risk uplifts.

Furthermore, you will design and deliver proactive and responsive communications strategies to communicate effectively about program initiatives.

To excel in this position, you will need experience with large scale organisational change efforts in delivering risk capability and cultural uplift.

You should also possess knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools on complex and regulatory focus programs.

A minimum of 8 years of experience in Change Management is necessary.
