About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer to join our team on the Illabo to Stockinbingal project, a critical component of the Inland Rail network.

The successful candidate will have experience working on large infrastructure projects and a strong understanding of contemporary practices in construction methodology.

You will be responsible for coordinating engineering activities, program workloads, and providing technical guidance to ensure aims and objectives are achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate engineering teams and programs to achieve project goals.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to engineering staff.
  • Assist with cost forecasting and revenue management.
  • Review design and construction plans for constructability.
  • Monitor project progress against schedules and budgets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Experience working on large infrastructure projects, preferably in rail construction.
  • Strong understanding of HSEQ management systems and reporting procedures.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
