We are partnering with a leading construction company in Brisbane to find a Senior Contracts Administrator to lead a team of contract administrators.

The company has a rich history of construction projects in Queensland and a strong pipeline of projects. As a Senior Contracts Administrator, you will be responsible for leading a team, maintaining current contract templates, working closely with project managers to oversee budgets, and being the main contact for escalation concerning issues and disputes.

About the Role:

  • Lead a team of 5-10 contract administrators
  • Maintain current contract templates
  • Work closely with project managers to oversee budgets
  • Main contact for escalation concerning issues and disputes

About You:

  • 10+ years of experience in a Contracts Administrator role in a construction environment with projects between $30m-$80m
  • Previous examples of leadership capabilities
  • Knowledge and understanding of all construction contracts, finances, and risk
