Highly skilled professionals with a background in electronics engineering are sought to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our production line by planning and executing activities that meet quality and productivity standards.

Responsibilities

  • Perform diagnostics and repairs on electronic components and subassemblies
  • Conduct root cause analysis on material failures and customer returns
  • Support the production team by providing technical expertise to minimize stoppages
  • Verify the suitability of production equipment before use
  • Inspect new products in production
  • Implement and train staff on new products
  • Assess new products for manufacturability and recommend design changes
  • Research manufacturing processes and evaluate their potential to meet production goals
  • Drive continuous improvement and manage change within the production team

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience in manufacturing or a related field
  • Established professional relationships with suppliers
  • Ability to operate equipment and learn from suppliers
  • Quick learner capable of developing deep technical skills
  • Experience in measuring and reporting production metrics
  • Basic knowledge of software and electronics
  • Strong problem-solving, fault-finding, and debugging skills
  • High attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate technical documentation
