What You'll Learn And Do

As a Graduate Manufacturing Engineer, you'll be immersed in real-world challenges and guided by seasoned mentors as you:

• Collaborate on the design, validation, and rollout of new moulding processes and equipment
• Troubleshoot live production issues in a fast-paced, fully automated facility
• Join cross-functional teams to shape scalable, manufacturable product designs
• Apply GMP, Lean, and Six Sigma principles in a regulated medical device environment
• Support process validations and quality documentation aligned with regulatory standards
• Train under experts in LSR moulding and advanced automation systems
• Explore emerging materials, technologies, and equipment for future innovations
• Use tools like Power BI and SQL to analyze data and drive decisions
• Enhance production documentation and enforce robust safety standards
  
  

What You'll Bring

• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Manufacturing preferred)
• A genuine interest in automation, moulding, and modern manufacturing tech
