Job Description

This is an exceptional opportunity to lead a team of automation testers in the delivery of high-quality software solutions. As a Technical Test Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive test strategies and plans based on project requirements.

Key responsibilities include leading test execution, defect management, and implementing and maintaining automation frameworks using industry-leading tools such as Selenium, Cucumber, and Rest Assured.

You will also be expected to mentor and guide team members, contribute to creating solutions and approaches for proposals on QA, and effectively manage and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in UI, API automation using industry-standard tools and technologies
  • Strong expertise in development languages such as Java, J2EE, Perl, Python, and Shell
  • Experience in working with build automation tools like Maven and Gradle
  • Strong knowledge of continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) concepts and practices
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
