About the Role
CatholicCare NT is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Practitioner to oversee and integrate Children's Contact Centre, Parenting, and Counselling services. As a key member of our team, you will lead and mentor staff, manage complex cases, and drive program success in a versatile and impactful role.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of practitioners to deliver high-quality services to children and families.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve program outcomes and service delivery.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective service coordination and referral pathways.
- Manage complex cases and provide expert advice to practitioners and stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to ensure best practice in service delivery.
Requirements
- Relevant qualification in Counselling, Social Work, or Psychology and minimum five years' experience in relevant practice and team leadership.
- Demonstrated ability in recording and interpreting large volumes of data in line with contractual requirements.
