Job Title: Compensation Specialist

This well-known Australian company operates in the FMCG industry, leading the way with a strong market share.

Your New Role

You will be responsible for setting up new employees on the payroll system, preparing and processing the weekly payroll, handling payroll enquiries from employees, tax and superannuation payments, and payroll reconciliations and reporting.

Requirements

  • A minimum of end-to-end payroll experience working in a medium to high volume pay environment
  • Proficiency in working with multiple payroll systems
  • A solid general knowledge of payroll requirements and legislation
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
