About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced accounting professional to join our team as an Expense Accounting Lead. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality financial information to internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of accounting professionals to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Oversee the preparation and review of balance sheet reconciliations, P&L analysis, and other financial reports.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.
  • Collaborate with external auditors and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
  • Provide financial analysis and support to business leaders to inform strategic decision-making.
Requirements
  • CA or CPA qualification and a degree in accounting or finance.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior accounting role, preferably in a large corporate environment.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with JD Edwards accounting system.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.
