As an ​​Industrial Engineer, you will be responsible for driving continuous improvements and optimizing activities and processes within the workshop. You will utilize your expertise in process optimization, data analysis, and resource allocation to refine the repair, maintenance, and retrofit processes, promoting efficiency, quality, and timely delivery of repair services.

We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team at our Repair and Overhaul Center (ROC) based at Rouse Hill. Your primary responsibility will be to implement industrial master data in different systems (GSI, SES) and industrialize the repair, maintenance, and retrofit processes at the ROC.

Key responsibilities:

  • Implement industrial master data in different systems (GSI, SES).
  • Industrialize the repair, maintenance, and retrofit processes at the ROC.
  • Implement the Make or Buy strategy in all new product lines.
  • Assist in decision making when evaluating the feasibility of proposed projects.
  • Support the implementation of new systems and their updates.
  • Lead internal audits and participate in external audits (Quality, industrial, 5S).

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • A passion for process improvement and operational excellence.
  • Demonstrated experience in electronics repair and rework or similar field.
  • Sound understanding of Lean principles, 5S, AMDEC, and/or Kaizen.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Engineering (Electronics, Mechatronics, Industrial, or similar).
