  • Labor Allocation and Optimization:">
  • Ensure optimal labor allocation through efficient planning and scheduling, ensuring the right skills are available to support daily production requirements.">

Your Skills and Experience:

To be successful in this role, you will have:

">
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a 24/7 manufacturing/production environment.">
  • Proven leadership and management experience, with a track record of achieving operational excellence and improving productivity.">
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.">
  • Certificate IV or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or equivalent trade qualifications with relevant work experience.">
  • Supervisory or frontline leadership training.">
