Job Description:An exciting opportunity exists for a motivated individual with a minimum of 5 years estimating experience to join our Client Service Team as a Senior Electrical Estimator in Brisbane.
The successful candidate will be responsible for tendering for electrical and communications projects, developing estimates, budgets, and financial reporting, and discharging company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Tendering for electrical and communications projects
- Developing estimates, budgets, and financial reporting
- Discharging company policies and procedures
- Understanding of contracts and tender processes on major projects
Requirements:
- Formal qualifications in engineering or project management (preferred)
- Current open electrical license (or equivalent)
- Cablers license (preferred)
- CPR & LV rescue certificate
- Construction industry general safety induction
- Driver's license
You will be a well-developed time manager with prioritization abilities, effective communicator, and intermediate to advanced PC skills including proficiency in MS Office suite of programs. Experience in Conest estimating software is also essential.
