Rostering Coordinator

Aged Care Provider Opportunity
4C Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Rostering Officer/Scheduler to join their team at a well-regarded aged care provider. This is a busy role which requires a meticulous and well-organised administration professional who can cope well when working to ever-changing deadlines and schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creating, updating, and publishing the roster on a fortnightly basis.
- Maintaining accurate shift notes.
- Handling shift swaps, and roster changes.
- Ensuring timely fulfilment of shifts.
- Ensuring compliance to SCHADS Award.
- Maintaining rostering system with accurate information.
- Liaising with Support Workers, Clients, Service Coordinators to ensure smooth running of rostering and scheduling.
- Keeping accurate records of incidents and escalating to management.
- Supporting clients with calendar implementation.
Key Criteria:
- At least 1 year's experience in a similar role working in NDIS environment.
- Excellent working knowledge and understanding of the SCHADS Award.
- Excellent organisation, time management, and record-keeping.
- Rostering system skills, Microsoft Office, and strong technical ability.
- Team player who can equally work independently.
- Superior communication and relationship-building skills.
- Appropriate employment checks.
- Will to work occasional weekends and be on call when required.
- Proactive, results-driven, and committed to continuous improvement.
- Effective problem solver.
