Requirements:
  • At least one year of experience as a Restaurant Manager in fine dining Thai restaurants.
  • Diploma in Management/Hospitality or 3 years of managerial experience in lieu of qualification.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Sound knowledge of food and beverage operations, with the ability to manage and coordinate functions.
  • Current RSA certificate and ability to work flexible hours.
