Administrative professionals play a vital role in the smooth operation of our court systems.
This position is responsible for performing a wide range of administrative tasks, including in-court duties, client-contact enquiries, and back-office responsibilities. The successful candidate will be required to liaise with stakeholders such as the judiciary, Victoria Police, Office of Public Prosecutions, legal practitioners, and the public.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Performing administrative tasks in court registries, including in-court duties and back-office responsibilities.
- Liaising with various stakeholders, including the judiciary, police, and legal practitioners.
- Providing exceptional customer service to the public and internal stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise multiple tasks.
- Advanced understanding of protocols and procedures.
- Well-developed team leadership experience.
