Bendigo Health is seeking an enthusiastic and committed Advanced Trainee in General Medicine to join our team. This position offers broad clinical exposure, excellent supervision, and strong support for career progression in General Medicine.
The Advanced Trainee will work closely with one of three inpatient general medical teams—Gastroenterology, Neurology/Renal, or Endocrinology—each staffed by Interns, HMOs, and a Basic Physician Trainee (BPT). There will also be opportunities to manage complex and undifferentiated acute medical cases in the Acute Medical Unit. Some weekend shifts will be required, including ward rounds under consultant supervision, and are scheduled in line with the Enterprise Bargaining Agreement (EBA).

**Your New Division**
The Clinical Operations Division encompasses acute, allied health, cancer and mental health services. We provide a wide range of general medical, surgical and specialty services including but not limited to; Oncology, Cardiology, Renal, Emergency, Women's and Children's, Critical Care, Specialist Clinics, Cancer Clinics and Mental Health Services.
