We are seeking a skilled Nurse Leader to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare community, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our residents.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for providing high-quality patient care.
About the RoleThis is a challenging and rewarding position that requires a high level of clinical expertise and emotional intelligence. You will be responsible for managing resident medical needs, leading clinical documentation, and promoting a positive work environment.

- Maintaining health and safety standards
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A nursing degree and current AHPRA registration
- Leadership experience in clinical care
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
