Civil Infrastructure Development Specialist

The Role
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of key projects from tender award to handover. You will lead a team of engineers and supervisors while liaising with clients, councils, and consultants to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic project plans, resource allocation, and delivery of urban subdivision works
- Manage project programs, budgets, and forecasts to ensure timely completion
- Oversee risk management, design coordination, and client communication
- Mentor and lead site-based teams and junior engineers
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and local authorities
- Manage subcontractor procurement, performance, and claims
- Ensure safety, environmental, and quality standards are met across all sites
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience managing civil projects—urban subdivisions or land development
- Strong strategic planning and problem-solving capability
- Sound knowledge of earthworks, services installation, roadworks, and infrastructure delivery
- Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills
- Familiarity with local authority processes and compliance standards
- Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or related field preferred
- Strong commercial and contractual understanding
