About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Research Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our research group, you will be responsible for supporting projects across internal groups, research organizations, and universities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the full lifecycle of research projects from challenge identification to design, implementation, translation, and stakeholder management
  • Assisting with project proposal development, contracts, and agreements, tenders, and EOI's, reporting, and communications regarding R&I projects
  • Scanning for emerging technologies, critical scientific trends, and developing horizon scans and desktop studies for the R&I team and teams across the business
  • Working closely with internal teams to promote the uptake of research outcomes, supporting the translation of research into tools and resources for decision making
  • Assisting, supporting, and coordinating innovation and pilot projects of a technical nature and building over time the know-how and expertise to project manage multidisciplinary projects
  • Development of project management plans in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners

About You

We are looking for a proactive, solutions-driven professional with:

  • A science, environmental, engineering, or STEM degree in a relevant discipline
  • At least 2+ years of relevant experience in engineering, environmental, science, research, and innovation or STEM
  • Ability to coordinate and facilitate collaborative research
  • Experience in supporting engineering and/or research projects involving multiple stakeholders
  • Experience in utilizing research methodologies and tools
  • An understanding of how to work with research universities and government entities
