Quality Management Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Quality Management Executive to provide corporate governance and quality leadership for our operations in Western Australia, as well as support broader initiatives for the APAC region.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the management of all aspects of Quality across the breadth of their respective organization and the services we provide
  • Identification and regular engagement with key stakeholders to promote quality management and gathering feedback on performance
  • Support the effective planning and allocation of resources (including people) enabling delivery of agreed objectives and deliverables
  • Ensuring consistent and effective implementation of Quality supporting systems across their organization
  • Supporting tenders and proposal activities for their organization
  • Planning and execution of risk-based assurance plans including the escalation of significant findings to program/project leaders
  • Monitoring and analysis of delivery performance data, regularly reporting themes and trends to senior leaders and undertaking intervention as required

About You:

  • Ideally, you will be suitably qualified with a minimum of 10 + years within a relevant industry with demonstrated experience working in a corporate role with experience across all facets of Quality delivery
  • Degree/diploma or local equivalent in Quality management, project management or related discipline
  • Lead Auditor qualification by recognized industry body
