
Records Management Professional

We are seeking a Records Management Specialist to lead our team in records and information management.
This role involves collaborating with colleagues to manage the lifecycle of Council's physical and electronic records, including appraisal and disposal. You will also be responsible for delivering training and tailored advice to staff across the organisation, empowering them to capture and manage records accurately and consistently.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated project management experience in records management, with a solid foundation in records and information management principles. They will be confident and capable, with strong customer service skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
Key responsibilities include leading and supporting records-related projects, optimising our Electronic Document and Records Management System (EDRMS), and ensuring compliance with records management policies and best practices.
