Job Description

Required Skills and Qualifications
  1. At least 1 year of people management experience in a retail or sales environment.
  2. Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; high school diploma or equivalent may be considered with relevant experience.
  3. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  4. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  5. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
