Key Store Executive

The Key Store Executive is a pivotal role in driving store success through sales, profit and growth. Reporting directly to the Store Manager, you will collaborate with them to increase performance to achieve targets, contribute to all aspects of the store, and support the development of the team.

About the Role
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to drive performance and meet targets
  • Contribute to all aspects of the store including customer service and inventory management
  • Support the Store Manager with training and development of the team
  • Maintain stock availability and ensure optimal inventory levels
  • Evaluate and maintain store safety standards for all Team Members and customers
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in overseeing shifts in a Retail environment
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer and service excellence
  • Results-driven individual with high energy to motivate teams
  • Strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal relationships
  • Commitment to workplace health and safety
