We are seeking a seasoned marketing leader to drive customer growth, build our brand, and lead a high-performing team dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor a small, dynamic marketing team to achieve strategic goals
  • Develop and deliver innovative marketing strategies that balance customer acquisition and retention
  • Manage brand positioning to strengthen loyalty and community connection in Tasmania
  • Oversee go-to-market planning, product development, and customer value propositions to drive business outcomes
  • Use customer, market, and competitor insights to inform decision-making
  • Collaborate with agencies, vendors, and internal teams to deliver high-quality results
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of senior marketing or product leadership experience
  • Strong understanding of customer experience, brand, and go-to-market strategies
  • Proven ability to manage external partners and stakeholders effectively
  • Excellent financial literacy and commercial acumen
  • A track record of inspiring and motivating teams to deliver results
  • Energy industry experience (a plus)
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, or Commerce
