Product Designer Opportunity

We're seeking a Product Designer to join our team and contribute to the development of innovative, user-centered products that drive business success. As a key member of our design team, you'll be responsible for elevating our product experience through intuitive, elegant, and user-friendly designs.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in UX design of enterprise software, with a strong portfolio showcasing strategic, end-to-end design work. They will also possess demonstrated experience in building and maintaining design systems at scale, as well as proficiency in UX research methods, interaction design, and usability testing.

The successful candidate will be skilled in Figma or similar design and prototyping tools, with a deep understanding of UX principles and a user-centered mindset that goes beyond UI aesthetics. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential, as is the ability to influence and inspire across disciplines.

About the Role
  • This is a mid-senior level role within our design team.
  • You'll be working on a variety of projects, from discovery to delivery, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • You'll have the opportunity to work on complex problems, think creatively, and develop innovative solutions that meet user needs.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead user research initiatives, including interviews, journey mapping, usability testing, and feedback synthesis.
  2. Translate insights into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity experiences that address real user needs.
  3. Build and maintain a scalable, platform-wide design system to drive consistency, efficiency, and a cohesive visual language across all products.
  4. Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Technical Leads to validate ideas early and ensure feasibility.
  5. Establish and enforce UX standards across the platform for quality and continuity.
  6. Advocate for the user and champion design thinking throughout the product lifecycle.
  7. Iterate rapidly on concepts based on customer feedback and evolving business needs.
Requirements/Skills
  • 5+ years of experience in UX design of enterprise software.
  • Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining design systems at scale.
  • Proficiency in UX research methods, interaction design, and usability testing.
  • Skilled in Figma or similar design and prototyping tools.
  • Deep understanding of UX principles and a user-centered mindset.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience working in cross-functional product teams.
