Job Title:

Lead Animation Producer

About This Role:

We are seeking an experienced animation producer to lead our team of animators. As a key member of our production department, you will be responsible for managing animation projects from start to finish.

  • Develop and maintain high-quality animation workflows to ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Assign projects to animators based on skill set, workload, and project complexity.
  • Collaborate with our creative team to develop innovative concepts and ideas.
  • Oversee quality control across all animation projects, ensuring feedback is actioned correctly.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in animation production or a related field.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a solutions-focused approach.
  • Confident working directly with clients and producers, managing expectations, and delivering exceptional results.
  • A deep understanding of animation workflows, including 2D, 3D, and Hybrid.
