About the Role

We are seeking skilled professionals to support the upkeep of advanced training devices.

This is a shift work position, requiring flexible scheduling.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the technical integrity of the simulators and associated systems.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues with the simulators and related systems.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on the simulators and associated systems.
  • Utilize a maintenance management system to track and record activities.
  • Train colleagues in basic skills.
  • Complete all assigned training sessions.
  • Pursue ongoing professional development and training.
  • Conduct pre-flight and post-flight checks on all simulators.
  • Perform visual alignments as required.
  • Evaluate qualification test guide results.
  • Support refurbishment and hardware modifications.
  • Familiarize yourself with quality management processes.
  • Provide customer service support and address customer needs promptly.
  • Manage logistics duties, including part receipt, repair, and testing/validation.
  • Maintain simulators in accordance with housekeeping standards.
  • Perform administrative tasks as necessary.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical certification.
  • A minimum of three years' experience working directly with simulators, with at least one year's experience per location.
  • Ability to troubleshoot to system level on multiple simulator types.
  • Proficiency in using various types of test equipment.
  • Capacity to interpret diagnostic tools available on multiple simulator types.
  • Capability to perform preventive maintenance, pre-flight, and post-flight checks on any simulator in the fleet.
  • Capacity to conduct in-depth visual adjustments and set-ups on at least one type of visual system.
  • Ability to assist with projects such as refurbishments and other hardware modifications.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and suite.
