About the Role

We are currently looking for a customer focused Field Service Technician to join our WA team. Although your primary responsibilities will entail maintaining, installing and servicing Office Print devices, you will also be cross trained in additional devices and technology to provide relief support when required. This will be a hands-on role, providing technical diagnostic support for our range of print equipment and ancillary products with associated software & services solutions. We are looking for a person who can work collaboratively within a self-directed work team.

• Maintain, install and service Office Print devices, with cross-training in additional devices and technology to provide relief support when required
• Provide hands-on technical diagnostic support for print equipment and associated software/services
• Work collaboratively within a self-directed work team

Qualifications & Requirements

• A strong technical aptitude, troubleshooting skills and professional approach, as well as a positive attitude in dealing with customers
• A desire to learn and apply new skills in a continuous development environment
• Strong mechanical/electrical aptitude with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A proven track record of excellent customer service
• Ability to support other service teams during peak periods through upskilling and cross-training
• Ability to work autonomously while staying in contact with the team to ensure workload is consistent and transparent

Who we're looking for

• Demonstrated experience in a similar role or network, and IT or technical knowledge
• Experience as an Office Print Technician (minimum)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent organization and time management
• Current and valid Australian Driver's Licence
• Hold valid working rights in Australia

As per Konica Minolta compliance procedures, the successful candidate will be required to undertake background checks.
