This ongoing opportunity allows you to contribute to the holistic management of prisoners, facilitating individual assessments and referrals, prisoner orientation sessions, and community referrals.
The role involves working within a multidisciplinary team to manage prisoners, including supporting community transition and monitoring. This entails providing individualised support under direction, responding to individual prisoner needs.
You will also facilitate group prisoner orientation sessions and information sessions under direction.
Key Skills and Qualifications- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required.
- Experience in or understanding of working within a correctional environment is highly desirable.
- Sound knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, procedures, guidelines, and regulations is essential.
