About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Manager Logistics to join our team in Morwell. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for leading a team of up to 24 members, managing warehouse operations, and ensuring the efficient and cost-effective transportation of finished products to 3PL providers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving deliveries, managing inventory, and dispatching products to customers.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of logistics operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with national and site safety systems, procedures, and policies to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and achieve high levels of delivery-in-full-on-time (DIFOT) performance.

About You

  • Proven experience in logistics and supply chain management, with a strong background in team leadership and management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
