Home Claims Officer

As a Home Claims Officer at Youi, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our clients have a positive and memorable claims experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of claims from start to finish, providing timely and effective resolution to our customers.
- Utilize exceptional problem-solving and communication skills to resolve complex claims issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including service providers and assessors, to ensure seamless claim processing.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing regular updates and ensuring their needs are met.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Experience in administration, with a strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and sound decision-making capabilities, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with case or portfolio management is an advantage.
