Order Processing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Order Processing Specialist to join our team in a regulated environment. This role is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of orders for critical medications, while also providing opportunities to develop skills and support other areas of the business.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage the receipt and processing of customer orders in a timely manner
  • Validate information in orders for completeness and accuracy
  • Notify customers of estimated time of arrivals (ETAs) for their orders
  • Collaborate with production staff to monitor workload and ensure efficient order fulfillment
  • Support customers with their inquiries and provide excellent customer service
  • Document all processes and procedures related to regulatory compliance
Requirements:
  • Data entry/admin/customer service experience required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills essential
  • Proficiency in Microsoft programs (Word, Outlook, etc.) necessary
  • Work experience within pharmaceuticals or retail pharmacy highly advantageous
  • Related qualification beneficial
