Pharmaceutical Consumer Service Specialist

About this role
This is a fixed term opportunity to work with a leading pharmaceutical company, focusing on consumer service. The position involves processing orders, managing credits and debits, handling customer complaints, and providing product information.
Key responsibilities:
- Ensure timely order processing, including credit and debit management
- Handle customer complaints, issues, and escalations
- Assist internal and external customers with product enquiries
- Achieve process improvements through proactive approaches
The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the pharmaceutical or FMCG industries. Key skills include proficiency in Salesforce and SAP, accuracy in order processing, excellent communication skills, and empathy in dealing with customer complaints.
