Job Title: Senior Occupational Therapist Specialist

About the Role

This is a dynamic opportunity for an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. As a Senior Occupational Therapist Specialist, you will be responsible for assessing participants' functional abilities, developing tailored treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based interventions to enhance their quality of life.

You will work collaboratively with our team to provide flexible and responsive support services in community and clinic settings.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in mentoring and supervising other Occupational Therapists, as well as a genuine passion for working in the disability sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assessing participants' developmental, cognitive, emotional, psychological, and physical function and capacity
  • Formulating treatment goals unique to each participant
  • Providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions
  • Mentoring and nurturing early career clinicians
