Key Responsibilities

  • Provide domestic assistance with cleaning and laundry duties to support clients to live independently at home
  • Assist clients with daily living tasks, such as personal care and meal preparation
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals
  • Work collaboratively with the Home Care team to ensure high-quality care and support services are delivered to clients
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • Certificate III in Home or Aged Care (or equivalent)
  • Passion for supporting others and making a difference in the community
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Current Victorian Driver's Licence
