Job Description

We are seeking a values-driven Store Supervisor to manage the daily operations of our Family Store and Furniture Shed.

  • Manage retail, recycling, pick-up & delivery, and administrative functions
  • Ensure stock is displayed in a tidy manner
  • Liaise with the store manager to develop sales strategies
  • Assist in financial management and cash reconciliation
  • Manage volunteers in a productive environment
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • An appreciation of and ability to promote our organization's values and ethos
  • 5 years' experience in retail and/or customer service
  • People management skills with an emphasis on volunteers and the community
  • A strong work ethic and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Team working skills and flexibility
