- Build positive relationships with stakeholders to manage industrial relations effectively.
- Drive initiatives that enhance employee wellbeing and satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualifications in HR WHS or a related field with at least five years experience in a similar leadership role.
- A strong understanding of relevant legislation including Queensland laws and regulations.
- Proven ability to lead high-performing teams and deliver change management strategies.
- Exceptional communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
