**Education Leadership Opportunity**

We are seeking an experienced nursing professional to take on a leadership role in our Education Team. This exciting opportunity will allow you to make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced environment, contribute to workforce capability, and shape the future of clinical education.

This key role involves collaborating with the Education Team to deliver high-quality, evidence-based education programs that enhance patient care. You will play a crucial part in fostering a strong learning culture grounded in continuous quality improvement and best practice.

The ideal candidate will be a collaborative and experienced leader with strong skills in education, nursing, and leadership. A commitment to continuous improvement and excellence is essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading and supporting the Education Team to maintain and develop workforce capability
  • Fostering a strong learning culture grounded in continuous quality improvement and best practice
  • Collaborating with directors and managers to identify learning needs and oversee the design, delivery, and evaluation of targeted educational initiatives

Requirements:

  • AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience within an education or leadership role
  • Postgraduate qualification
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Proven team building and leadership ability
