Job Overview

Millennium Services Group, a leading integrated services provider, is seeking a seasoned security expert to lead their critical security operations in Victoria and Tasmania.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in security management, business development, and commercial leadership roles, preferably within a mid to large-sized organisation.

This senior-level position requires strong commercial and financial acumen, with a proven track record of driving revenue and margin outcomes.

Responsibilities include delivering high standards of customer and security services, ensuring compliance with site SOPs and lawful direction from Supervisor/Site Manager.

Key responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and staff; overseeing the site-based control room and CCTV system; and implementing effective strategies for engaging with young people.

The Security Manager must possess excellent oral and written communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills, as well as critical thinking and problem-solving abilities applicable in a dynamic work environment.

Additionally, the role requires ability to work in large teams in the security industry, unsupervised and self-motivated, with retail security industry experiences essential.
