Project Manager Job Overview

We are seeking a highly-motivated and energetic Project Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and implementation of projects within defined scope, timeline, and budget.

The successful candidate will effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders.

Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational and time management abilities, and proficiency in project planning, budgeting, and monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full construction project lifecycle including planning, budgeting, design, procurement, and tendering.
  • Review and comment on construction documents such as drawings, specifications, and contracts.
  • Coordinate with other departments, consultants, and contractors throughout the project.
  • Monitor project progress, cost, and quality to ensure adherence to project plans.
  • Support the Management Team in delivering projects.
  • Develop proposals and engage in business development activities.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in construction project management, preferably with consultancy or developer experience.
  • Familiarity with residential, service apartment, or hotel projects is advantageous.
  • BTR experience is required.
  • Ability to work independently, be responsible, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
  • Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Degree in Building, Civil Engineering, Building Surveying, Construction Management, or Architecture Studies (or equivalent).
Preferred Skills:
  • Effective project management and leadership.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in project planning, budgeting, and monitoring.
